Condition of the Product: 

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs: 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs.

Refund Method: 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Alternatively, store credit may be offered as an option.

Exchanges: 

We offer exchanges for items of the same value, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined below, and specify the desired replacement item.

Non-refundable Items: 

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged: Rubber biting toys, personalised items and clearance items.
